🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and keeping our clinical operations running smoothly:

• Prepare and sterilize operatories and instruments
• Welcome patients and assist with intake, health history, and charting
• Support the dentist during procedures
• Take and process X-rays, CBCTs, and radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (Fuse)
• Assist with impressions, temporaries, and lab case management
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC standards
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked

✅ What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of Dental Assistant experience (preferred)
• Dental Assistant license (preferred)
• BLS certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Fuse experience is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel between locations if needed
